T10 Global partners Snowball Money on block chain-based rewards offer for cricket fans
A groundbreaking initiative has been unveiled as T10 Global partners with Snowball Money to introduce a blockchain-based rewards program for cricket fans. The collaboration aims to revolutionize the fan experience by offering an innovative reward scheme in partnership with Snowball Money.
Dubai: T10 Global, one of the names behind the fast track spreading 10-over high-profile league cricket, has partnered with Snowball Money.
This will allow investors to access crypto currency and Web3 possibilities.
“The go-to-market strategy begins with gifting the 1 billion+ cricket fans worldwide with physical and digital rewards,” said a statement.
They will need to do a scan of the QR code shown on screens during TV and digital broadcasts of tournament matches, as well as from the official Abu Dhabi T10 social media platforms.
Once they do, the user will receive a digital reward - and a chance to meet players, acquire autographed jerseys, own bats during matches, and even earn additional ‘physical’ awards.
“Our journey began with the introduction of the fastest format of the game, which has now proven to be one of the most entertaining and exciting formats in cricket,” said Shaji Ul Mulk, Chairman, T10 Sports Management.
“The next phase of transformation for us now lies in blockchain that can enable our T10 fans to be involved in an extensive sports and entertainment rewards programme.Registration into the Abu Dhabi T10 blockchain via the QR code is free, ‘ensuring that the guaranteed rewards can be utilized by fans in various ways’. It also marks the introduction of a sports and entertainment digital rewards programme, empowering ‘fans with unprecedented benefits’.
